Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If Neurex doesn't work for you, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Pre-orders Pre-orders may be cancelled and fully refunded at any time before your product ships. Simply contact us at contact@neurex.tech and we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

How to start a return Contact us at contact@neurex.tech to request a return. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Condition The item must be returned in its original condition, with all components included. Normal wear from use during the trial period is accepted. Intentional damage may void the return.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@neurex.tech if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

European Union 14-day cooling off period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. You'll need your proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Refund processing Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
