Free shipping: Neurex offers free shipping on all orders to Lithuania and the European Union.

Pre-order shipping: The Neurex headband is currently available for pre-order. Estimated shipping begins Q3 2026. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping regions: We currently ship to Lithuania and EU member states. International shipping outside the EU is not available at this time.

Delays: We will notify you by email if the estimated shipping date changes.
