1. Agreement to Terms By using the Neurex website (neurex.tech) and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neurex, UAB ("Neurex", "we", "our").

1. Eligibility To make purchases on our website, you must be at least 18 years old. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will use our products in compliance with all applicable laws

1. Product Information and Availability We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However:

• Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
• We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies
• Product availability may change without notice
• We may discontinue products at any time

1. Orders and Pricing 4.1 Placing an Order When you place an order:

• You are submitting an offer to purchase products
• We will send you an order confirmation email
• Your order is accepted when we ship the products
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

4.2 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in euros (€)
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• Prices may change without notice
• The price shown at the time of order will apply
• We are not responsible for pricing errors; we may cancel orders with incorrect prices

4.3 Promotions and Discounts

• Promotion codes and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated
• Promotions are subject to availability and conditions
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time

1. Payment We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Shopify Payments
• Shop Pay
• Google Pay
• Other methods displayed at checkout

Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full credit card information. All payments are processed in EUR (€).

Payment Authorisation: By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including product price, shipping costs, applicable taxes, and any additional fees.

1. Shipping and Delivery 6.1 Shipping

• We ship to Lithuania and EU member states
• Free shipping on all orders
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

6.2 Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout
• Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
• You must provide a valid delivery address

6.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

2. The Neurex headband is currently available for pre-order. Pre-orders may be cancelled and fully refunded at any time before shipment by contacting contact@neurex.tech. Estimated shipping begins Q3 2026.
3. Returns and Refunds
4. We offer a 30-day risk-free trial on all products. For full details, please see our Return and Refund Policy.

Key points:

• You may return products within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in original condition with all components
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days
• EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period

1. Intellectual Property All content on our website, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, product designs, software, and branding, is the property of Neurex, UAB or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or display our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorisation
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Reverse-engineer our products or designs

1. User Accounts If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities occurring under your account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access
• Providing accurate and current information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraud.

1. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Neurex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product
• We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control

Exceptions: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Lithuanian law.

1. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution 13.1 Applicable Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.

13.3 EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have certain rights under EU consumer protection law that cannot be waived by these Terms, including the right to bring claims in your country of residence.
